Operations in Victoria Geelong Refinery We operate the Geelong Refinery in compliance with conditions set out in an Environmental Licence issued by the Environment Protection Authority of Victoria (EPAV). These conditions include having in place a variety of monitoring systems to gather data, and reporting that data to the EPAV annually through an Annual Performance Statement. Operations in New South Wales In New South Wales we operate each of our major facilities at Clyde, Parramatta and Gore Bay in compliance with conditions set out in an Environment Protection Licence (EPL). Under the Protection of the Environment Operations Act 1997 (POEO Act) holders of an EPL must make their pollution monitoring data publicly available in a timely manner, and publish a Pollution Incident Response Management Plan (PIRMP).
