Viva Energy has been supplying Marine fuel for over 100 years through pipeline, barge and road tanker bunkering operations. We are excited to announce that we now offer refuelling capability for small to medium enterprise customers at our White Bay 6 fuel facility at White Bay, Sydney Harbour.

One of Australia's largest and state of the art marine facilities: 

  • It can refuel both commercial and recreational vessels with easy mooring
  • The refuelling pontoon at White Bay 6 has both Diesel and Premium Unleaded 95 that can be pumped up to 80 litres per minute
  • Full time staff on site 7 days a week to assist with refuelling 
  • 5 commercial grade refuelling bunker dispensers along White Bay 6 wharf that can pump between 200 to 1000 litres per minute reducing down time
  • The facility can accommodate vessels up to 70 metres in length 
  • Wharf fendering designed to suit vessels up to 6,000 tonne
  • Additional services include: water and sullage pumps

How to purchase fuel

You can purchase fuel at the Viva Energy White Bay 6 site with either a Voyager Fuel card for commercial fleets or Access card for individual users or recreational vessels. The below sections provide more information on each.

 

Voyager Fuel card 

If you’re a small to medium sized marine business that needs to refuel often, a Voyager Fuel card account can make refuelling your vessel easier and faster.

  • An account with 14 day payment terms
  • Ability to have multiple Voyager Fuel cards linked to one account
  • Reporting capability on usage

To open a Voyager Fuel card account, simply follow the below steps:

Step 1: Check if you are eligible for the Voyager Fuel card

To ensure the Voyager Fuel card is the best fit for your fuel needs, please ensure you meet the following eligibility criteria:

  • A registered Australian Business Number (ABN)
  • Purchase a minimum of 12,000 litres per annum

If you are a not a business or do not meet the eligibility criteria you can still purchase fuel at our marina facilities by applying for an Access card

Step 2: Download and complete application form

To apply for a Voyager Fuel card account, simply download the Application Form fill it in and send it back to us by email or post.

Once your account is approved we will email you a confirmation with your account number. Your Voyager Fuel card will be mailed out to your nominated address 5-10 business days after account confirmation.

Step 3: Complete a mandatory online site induction

At Viva Energy we place the highest priority on protecting the environment and the communities where we operate, including providing you with an environmentally safe platform to refuel your vessel. Whether you are a commercial business or individual, to access our marina fuel facilities you must complete our mandatory online site induction program. Once your Voyager Fuel card account has been confirmed, you will receive a link for you and each nominated card user to complete the mandatory online site induction. Access card 

The Access card is for users that do not require a Voyager Fuel card or do not meet the eligibility criteria. The Access card is used in conjunction with a credit or EFTPOS card. It allows individuals or recreational users to refuel their vessel at the refuelling pontoon bowsers via the Outdoor Payment Terminal (OPT). 

How to apply for an Access card

1. Click here to register your details online and complete our online site induction (a certificate will be emailed to you)
2. Pick up the Access card from our White Bay 6 fuel facility office  by showing your certificate
