Recently Reddy Express experienced a technical issue that affected payments. This resulted in some guests who used a debit or credit card being charged more than once, and in some instances multiple times, for their transaction.
The technical issue has now been resolved and Reddy Express is in the process of refunding those transactions.
Reddy Express sincerely apologises for the impact this issue has had on our guests and any difficulties it may have caused. Our highest priority is to rectify these errors as soon as possible.
People who were impacted by this issue should have received their refund by now. While the vast majority of overcharging issues have been refunded, there are a few isolated cases that have not gone through that our team is investigating.
