The Victorian Minister for Planning has issued the final scoping requirements for the proposed Viva Energy Gas Terminal Project.
This follows the public comment period for the draft scoping requirements, held from 26 April to 17 May 2021. During that period, the Department of Environment, Land, Water and Planning (DELWP) received 13 submissions from interested stakeholders.
