Our approach to contracting

Working under written agreements

Viva Energy is committed to working with suppliers under written supply agreements. This prevents problems and promotes better relationships from the start.

Goods and Services Not for Resale are supplied in accordance with:

  • Viva Energy’s General Terms and Conditions of Purchase (PO GTCs), these apply by default to all Goods and Services; or
  • a separate written supply agreement which has been signed by Viva Energy and the Supplier specifically for the goods and services being supplied, in which case the separate written agreement overrides the PO GTCs.

Copies of our PO GTCs can be downloaded via the Purchase Order Terms.

Additional trading terms documents for goods for resale

Our Merchandising Team is responsible for negotiating and entering into Goods for Resale (GFR) supply agreements with merchandise suppliers which incorporate our standard GFR Terms and Conditions. This process includes preparing and agreeing trading terms (or deal sheets) that capture the commercial terms of each arrangement. A copy of our standard GFR Terms and Conditions is published on our GFR Supplier Central.
