Gore Bay Terminal

The Gore Bay Terminal has been operating as a fuel import and storage facility since 1901.

Fuel products imported into our Gore Bay Terminal include Diesel, Marine Fuel Oil, Jet Fuel and Gasoline. We store Marine Diesel and Fuel Oil at the terminal but not Gasoline or Jet Fuel as these are pumped directly to our Clyde Terminal in Western Sydney for storage and distribution by road tankers across New South Wales.

The Gore Bay Terminal operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Site alarms

The Gore Bay Terminal alarms are a vital way of ensuring that our people on-site respond quickly and safely to an incident.

Our terminal alarms are tested every Tuesday at 8.30am.

The Gore Bay Terminal alarms are a vital way of ensuring our on-site personnel respond quickly and safely to an incident.

The alarm at Gore Bay Terminal consists of an alternating pitch siren and an alternating hooter, which sounds for a continuous period of 50 seconds when activated.

An alarm heard any other time means an incident has occurred on site that requires attention by terminal personnel.

The community does not need to take action when an alarm sounds unless instructed otherwise by the Police or Emergency Services.
