Our values and business principles are fundamental to how we work with each other, as well as our customers, and our communities, whilst our code of conduct sets out how these values guide the decisions we make as a business every day.

Our Business Principles and Code of Conduct

The objectives of the Viva Energy group of companies are to engage efficiently, responsibly and profitably in the manufacturing, distribution and sale of petroleum products in Australia, in furtherance of its shareholders’ interests and Australian economic and social goals. In pursuit of these objectives we must act in accordance with the law and be principled in our business conduct.

We have adopted these Business Principles and Code of Conduct to set clear expectations of the behaviour of every employee in every Viva Energy company in the conduct of its business at all times. They apply to all interactions and transactions, large or small.

The Business Principles and Code of Conduct are fundamental to how we conduct our business and living by them is crucial to our continued success. The Viva Energy Whistleblower Policy sets out how disclosures will be treated, including Viva Energy’s commitment to confidentiality and fairness in relation to such matters.
